Sky500 acts solely as an intermediary platform facilitating inquiries, communications, and transactions between users and aviation service providers. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: * You are at least 18 years of age. * All information you provide is accurate and complete. * You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation and refund policies vary by operator and booking. Users agree that: * Cancellation fees may apply. * Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable operator or Sky500 upon booking. * Weather, mechanical issues, government restrictions, air traffic control delays, and force majeure events may affect travel plans. Sky500 is not responsible for losses resulting from flight cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or operational disruptions. 8. User Conduct You agree not to: * Violate any applicable law. * Provide false or misleading information. * Interfere with platform operations. * Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts. * Upload malicious code or harmful content. * Use the platform for fraudulent purposes. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms. 9. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKY500, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
